Mallika Speaks at US State Department’s “Serious Games” Conference

Mallika presented on America 2049 and the future of games for social change at the Serious Games Conference, organized by the US Department of State Office of eDiplomacy in Washington, D.C. Mallika Dutt participates in Global Exchange on National Human Rights Commissions

Mallika was invited to join a cross-section of the civil and human rights community with a stake in improving legal protection for all at the Bellagio Center in Italy. The meeting, Creating a Roadmap for Improved Legal Protection and Community Empowerment, was convened to discuss building a Human Rights Commission in the United States.

Mallika presents on Breakthrough, Bell Bajao and ICED! at International Human Rights Funders Group 2010 Conference

Mallika presented on the use of video, video games and social media to promote social change and human rights at the International Human Rights Funders Group 2010 Meeting. Mallika shared Breakthrough’s award winning campaign, Bell Bajao , calling on men and boys to take a stand against domestic violence alongside I Can End Deportation (ICED!), Breakthrough’s groundbreaking 3D video game that highlights the lack of due process in current immigration policy.
